Do you build in our environment or yours?
Yours. Source code lives in Git repositories under your own accounts, infrastructure is defined as code in your Azure tenancy, and development runs against fictitious data of identical structure. Real data exists only in your production environment. When the engagement ends, everything is already yours.
How do you keep projects on budget?
Every proposal states an estimate and a not to exceed figure, with conditional dated milestones and a written rationale for any buffer. Where scope allows we work fixed price. You know the ceiling before you sign, and you see the burn against it in every sprint review.
What do we receive besides working software?
Documentation your own team and auditors can use: a target architecture, REST APIs documented to the OpenAPI standard, versioned database migrations, and a load and stress test report covering requests served, rejected connections, and response times at peak.
