A roadmap before a single workload moves
Cloud projects fail in the planning they skipped. We start by translating your business goals into an actual architecture: landing zones, identity, networking, data, and application patterns, with the security and infrastructure requirements assessed up front. You get a written roadmap that balances speed, cost, and risk, and then we execute it with you.
Rehost, replatform, or rearchitect
Not every application deserves a rewrite, and not every lift-and-shift is a bargain. We tell you which of your systems should move as-is, which should be replatformed onto managed services, and which are worth rearchitecting into cloud-native patterns like containers, serverless, and event-driven workflows. The answer is per application, not per slogan.

Do you only work on Azure?
Azure is where most of our clients’ cloud work runs and where our engineering depth is concentrated, and we also deliver on AWS where a client’s estate calls for it. One migration we ran covered hundreds of production applications across both.
Can you migrate without downtime?
That’s the design goal of incremental migration: move functionality in phases while the existing system keeps running, and maintain service levels through the transition. We migrated a firm’s entire application estate in ten months while meeting every existing deadline.
What happens to our costs?
Cost is an architecture decision, so we make it explicitly: rightsizing, managed and serverless services where they fit, and budget visibility from day one. You’ll see the cost model in writing before the build.
Who runs it afterward?
Your team, if you want it that way: we document the architecture and transfer knowledge as part of delivery. If you’d rather not run infrastructure at all, our Data Center and IT Support practice can operate it for you.
