    Kevin Kilgore image

    Kevin Kilgore

    President & CEO

    Kevin Kilgore joined Winmill in 1996 as Director of Professional Services. He became Chief Operating Officer in 2003, President in 2012 and CEO in April 2017. Working closely with the Board of Directors he sets the strategic direction of the company. He works closely with the management team, while also focusing on vendor relationships, developing competitive advantage in our market space, and assessing potential acquisitions and other corporate actions. Prior to joining Winmill, Kevin was a Manager at Anderson Consulting (now Accenture), where he worked in the financial services and insurance industries. Kevin holds a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.

    Kevin Sawyer

    Director of Professional Service

    Kevin Sawyer is a senior technical manager who is responsible for many of Winmill’s most challenging and highly visible projects. All of Winmill’s professional consultants report to Kevin. He is the company’s Product Manager for eMembership. Prior to joining Winmill in 1997, Kevin was a consultant at Alltel, a Vice President at Merrill Lynch, and a Senior Analyst at Exxon. Kevin holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.

    Chief Information Security Officer

    Erik Decker built Winmill’s Data Center and Cloud Services practice, which remains one of the company’s fast-growing divisions. He successfully transformed the practice from traditional data center hosting to Cloud hosting and DevOps. Erik joined Winmill in 1999, directly from Rutgers University, where he graduated with a BS in Bio-Chemical Engineering. He holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification and the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification. He also has many vendor certifications, including certifications from Microsoft and Cisco.

    Peter Cunningham

    Practice Manager

    Peter Cunningham is a senior professional services manager for Winmill. Professional Services runs many end-to-end system implementations for Winmill’s clients. Peter possesses a unique combination of technical and project management skills. During the last 15 years, Peter has worked closely with several Taft Hartley Benefit Funds as a project manager for large, multi-year implementations for new fund management systems. Peter joined Winmill in 2004. Prior to joining Winmill, Peter worked at Wellogic as a systems architect and technical lead. Peter graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2000 with a BS in Computer Science.

    Ben DiMolfetta

    Practice Manager

    Ben DiMolfetta was the first employee hired by Winmill in 1994. Ben has had many roles at Winmill during the past 27 years. Ben is a professional services director with expertise in all aspects of IT project management, system development, deployment, enhancement and support, and technical training. Ben is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), with years of experience teaching programming at both Winmill and at community colleges. Ben is a 1990 graduate of Binghamton University where he earned a BS in Computer Science/Information Science.

    Practice Manager

    Michael Mariniello is a Professional Services Manager with 25 years of experience in Project Management, Sofware Quality Assurance and Business Analyst. Mike joined Winmill in 1997 and over that time he has worked with a variety of clients in various markets, including Mult-National Banks, Big 5 Accounting Firms, Local and National Unions, Taft Hartley Benefit Funds, Airlines and much more. Michael graduated from Boston College in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and studied at Teachers College, Columbia University.

    Vice President of Finance

    Grisel Marquez is the Vice President of Finance. She has been with Winmill for 25 years and she leads the financial planning and accounting teams for Winmill. Grisel has extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, implementing and overseeing complex projects and effectively administering multi-million-dollar budgets. Grisel earned Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from Fordham University.

    Courtney Snipes is the Vice President of the PPM Division at Winmill.  She a certified PMP and has more than 25 years of IT and PM industry experience.  Courtney joined Winmill in 2020 after working at Planview for 5 years with the role of Vice President in charge of Global Professional Services and Operations.

    Ben Stroud is the DevOps and Cloud Services practice manager at Winmill. Ben has more than 15 years of hands-on experience with every part of the product development life cycle. Ben’s practice experience includes full web stack design and implementation, distributed real-time data streaming, auto scaling, CI/CD, automated testing, Cloud, and on-prem hosting. Ben joined CoreBlox (Winmill) from Booz Allen Hamilton in 2013. Ben received his BS degree in Computer Science from Louisiana Tech University. He also received MCS and MBA degrees from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
