President and CEO
Kevin Kilgore joined Winmill in 1996 as Director of Professional Services. He became Chief Operating Officer in 2003, President in 2012 and CEO in April 2017. Working closely with the Board of Directors he sets the strategic direction of the company. He works closely with the management team, while also focusing on vendor relationships, developing competitive advantage in our market space, and assessing potential acquisitions and other corporate actions. Prior to joining Winmill, Kevin was a Manager at Anderson Consulting (now Accenture), where he worked in the financial services and insurance industries. Kevin holds a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.
Chief Information Security Officer
Erik Decker built Winmill’s Data Center and Cloud Services practice, which remains one of the company’s fast-growing divisions. He successfully transformed the practice from traditional data center hosting to Cloud hosting and DevOps. Erik joined Winmill in 1999, directly from Rutgers University, where he graduated with a BS in Bio-Chemical Engineering. He holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification and the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification. He also has many vendor certifications, including certifications from Microsoft and Cisco.
President, PPM Division
Courtney Snipes is the President of the PPM Division at Winmill. She is a certified PMP, and has more than 20 years of IT and PM industry experience. Courtney joined Winmill in 2020 after working at Planview for five years with the role of Global Vice President of Professional Services and Operations.
Specializing in business and technical architectures, operations, and professional services, she has a proven track record of building, serving, and leading diverse teams. Courtney’s extensive experience includes innovating, driving change and adoption, leading, and executing complex and highly visible corporate-wide initiatives, mentoring team members, and maintaining industry certifications in various methodologies and architecture.
Vice President of Finance
Grisel Marquez is the Vice President of Finance. She has been with Winmill for 25 years and she leads the financial planning and accounting teams for Winmill. Grisel has extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, implementing and overseeing complex projects and effectively administering multi-million-dollar budgets. Grisel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from Fordham University.
Director of Professional Service
Kevin Sawyer is a senior technical manager who is responsible for many of Winmill’s most challenging and highly visible projects. All of Winmill’s professional consultants report to Kevin. He is the company’s Product Manager for eMembership. Prior to joining Winmill in 1997, Kevin was a consultant at Alltel, a Vice President at Merrill Lynch, and a Senior Analyst at Exxon. Kevin holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.
Director of QA
Michael Mariniello is the Director of Quality Assurance. He has over 25 years of experience in project management, software quality assurance, and business analysis. Mike joined Winmill in 1997 and has worked with a wide range of clients across industries including multinational banks, Big Five accounting firms, local and national unions, Taft-Hartley benefit funds, and airlines. He graduated from Boston College in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and also studied at Teachers College, Columbia University.
Director of Security and Risk Management, Application Security
Ben DiMolfetta was the first employee hired by Winmill in 1994 and is the Director of Security and Risk Management for Application Security, responsible for designing and implementing secure Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and DevSecOps strategies. Ben also manages the Penetration Testing Services team, which specializes in delivering assessments for devices, web applications, mobile applications, networks, and Cloud-based infrastructure. Ben has held many roles at Winmill, including IT project management, system development, and technical training. Ben is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+). Ben is a graduate of Binghamton University where he earned a BS in Computer Science/Information Science and is pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity at Georgia Institute of Technology.
PMO Director
Peter Cunningham is the PMO Director at Winmill. He is responsible for overseeing the project management team, establishing and enforcing rigorous standards of excellence in our project delivery. During his 20+ year tenure at Winmill, Peter worked as a project manager for several large, multi-year implementations for new Taft Harley fund management systems, as well as specializing in DNN content management solutions for many of our clients. Peter graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2000 with a BS in Computer Science.
Director of Sales
David Stone is the Director of Sales at Winmill. He has extensive experience leading sales organizations in cybersecurity and enterprise technology, with expertise in application security and penetration testing services. David played a key role in scaling Winmill’s labor union management product, eMemberhip, growing the customer base from 8 to over 55 organizations across the U.S. and Canada. His leadership spans sales strategy, product development, customer success, and enablement. Prior to his current role, David led sales teams delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions and driving market expansion. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Kean University.
Director of Demand Generation
Drew Mebane is the Director of Demand Generation at Winmill, leading marketing strategy for the eMembership and Winmill Software divisions. Since joining in 2023, he has focused on driving qualified pipeline for enterprise IT services and implementing AI-driven automation that improved conversion rates and reduced acquisition costs. Prior to Winmill, Drew led demand generation at ProPricer and AskNicely, where he delivered significant pipeline growth through integrated and account-based marketing programs. He holds a Master of Arts in English from Southeast Missouri State University, a graduate certificate in AI Strategy from Cornell University, and multiple marketing certifications.
Director of Emerging Technology
Eddie Hudson is Director of Emerging Technology at Winmill. He joined the company when Winmill acquired Divelement, which he co-founded and led as CEO. Eddie specializes in Microsoft Azure solutions, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies that drive innovation for Winmill’s clients. His technical expertise spans beyond AI into software development, cloud architecture, and MLOps practices. Eddie combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership skills, bringing a unique perspective shaped by his experience building Divelement from the ground up. He works closely with clients to translate their business visions into practical technical solutions, with a particular focus on leveraging AI and emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges. Prior to founding Divelement, Eddie built his career as a software developer, cultivating the hands-on technical expertise that continues to inform his work today.
Director of Human Resources
Abigail is the Director of Human Resources at Winmill. She brings over a decade of strategic and operational leadership in human resources, talent, and people operations. Abigail designs and implements scalable people strategies that are aligned with business objectives in the tech industry, driving organizational growth through workforce planning, team development, and process optimization in companies like NTT DATA, vFairs, Flux7, and Divelement.
In her role at Winmill, Abigail will scale the human-resourcing function, further strengthen the culture of excellence, and continue to build the capabilities that enable Winmill’s amazing people to deliver industry-leading outcomes for their clients.
