When 250,000 commuters depend on your services every day, a security breach of your systems could be catastrophic. Metro-North Railroad knows this better than anyone, so they use Check Point firewalls to secure their infrastructure.
 In order to maintain the highest levels of security, Metro-North recently upgraded all of their firewalls to Check Point Firewall NG.
At the same time, they wanted to replace their existing remote access technology with Check Point's premier SecureClient solution. To support these two initiatives, Metro-North had to ensure that their system administrators were well trained

systems administrators. All administrators attended Check Point
Firewall-1 NG Management I and II courses to learn the fundamentals
of firewall management. Senior security managers also attended the
Check Point Firewall-1 NG Management III course for advanced training
on performance, features and nuances of firewall management. As
with all WinMill training courses, our instructors spent one-on-one
time with Metro-North students, discussing their specific challenges
in a secure, private setting.
