American Federation of Musicians and Employers Pension Fund

When the American Federation of Musicians and Employers' Pension Fund (AFM & EPF) decided to replace their core pension processing application, they knew it was a massive undertaking. They had contracted a vendor to build the new system, but given their own limited staff size and workload, needed help in managing the vendor and the overall project. They called WinMill Software.

WinMill provided a senior project manager to manage the entire 2-year project. WinMill also provided business analysts and quality assurance experts who tested the application against the Fund's business requirements, managed defect and enhancement tracking, performed all user acceptance testing, and ultimately ensured that the product delivered by the vendor was of sufficient quality to support the operations of the Fund.
