How do I register for a class?
For 24-hour service, visit our class schedules and search by class, location, or date. Or you can call 1-888-711-MILL (6455) and we will register you by phone between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
When are classes offered?
Classes are offered year-round in our New York City training centers. Go to Class Listing to view the most up-to-date class schedules or call us at 1-888-711-MILL (6455) to speak to a helpful Account Manager. You can also send us an email at inquiry@winmill.com to receive a course schedule via fax.
What if I need to change a class date?
Class schedule changes are allowed up to ten days prior to the course, unless you are part of a group of four or more students, in which case no changes are allowed. Within ten days, cancellation fees may apply. For more information, please contact a WinMill Account Manager at 1-888-711-MILL (6455).
What if I need to cancel?
All WinMill training classes must be paid for in advance. Classes for individual students may be rescheduled, one time per student, up to ten days prior to the course start date. Within ten days cancellation fees will apply. Student substitutions are allowed at anytime prior to the start of the first day of class. What if I can't make any class dates?
WinMill frequently starts new class date waiting lists and then posts the class to the public when sufficient students register. If you would like to "start a class" just call us and we will try to find other students to join your class. Contact a WinMill Account Manager at 1-888-711-MILL (6455).
How do I get directions to a training site?
Visit the office directions page for our New York City office, or simply call 1-888-711-MILL (6455) and we will give you all the local shortcuts.
What if I don't see a class listed?
Course schedules are updated frequently and our vendors add new offerings regularly. If there is something you need, we can probably get it for you. All you have to do is ASK. Just call a WinMill Account Manager at 1-888-711-MILL (6455).
Does WinMill offer custom classes?
Yes. About 40% of our training is done on a customized basis. We can create new materials, combine and compress existing courses to meet your skills and schedules, and we can prepare web-based introductory and follow-up materials and tests to enhance your classroom efforts. What are the class hours?
The training center opens for registration and orientation at 8:30 AM . Classes typically begin promptly at 9:00 AM and end at 5:30 PM, depending on the number of students, the course load, and, of course, weather related travel conditions.
Payment Information:
In order to reserve your seat, WinMill must receive your payment at least one week prior to the scheduled class date(s). We encourage early registration since space is limited. If you need to make special arrangements, please contact us at 1-888-711-MILL (6455).
