WinMill Software was a pioneer in educating the consortium with how to set up a Java programming environment and to maintain the Coeus code.  Our white paper presented at the 2005 Coeus user Conference was a first of its kind, and is still used today by Coeus programming teams as a template for creating software development life cycle best practices. 

Our experience goes as far back as the PowerBuilder version of Coeus, where we were part of the programming team that implemented the very first Award Budget module at Princeton University, a module which is now included in the consortium code base and is widely used by member institutions.
