Welcome to eMembership, the membership & dues system from WinMill Software!

eMembership is a web-based application that you access via an internet browser. WinMill hosts the application for you in our highly-secure data center, so that you never have to worry about keeping the system running. You can access it from any web browser and any location.

The application is built using industry-standard interfaces and best practices. The screens are consistent across all functions; for example, searching for a member is very similar to searching for an employer or a production.

The system has been designed with flexibility and long-term maintenance in mind; common functions are extracted into common libraries for reuse, variables are used instead of hard-code values, and the code is well commented and logically structured.

Security is implemented per screen, per function, by "role". Roles are assigned permissions, and then users are assigned to roles. This is a common model that provides the highest levels of security and flexibility.
