The Account Manager position is unique to WinMill. Our Account Managers are positioned to be the conduit of all critical client and vendor information. They work in tandem with WinMill Project Managers to deliver the highest level of client service. All written information being transmitted to a client or a vendor always goes through an Account Manager. Right from the start, our clients are taught the WinMill service model. The Account Manager is the client service hub. He or she is the one person ultimately responsible for client satisfaction. WinMill associates are taught to support Account Managers in this role. Finance and Administration associates keep Account Managers well informed regarding our client financial relationships. Consultants regularly relay project and technical information through the Account Manager. This coordinated effort by WinMill associates helps the Account Manager function efficiently as a central source of information. Our model increases interaction between our client decision-makers and WinMill Account Managers. Increased communication creates greater trust, which allows all parties to feel more comfortable when future transactions are required.
